Pray for the People in Joplin, Missouri

Many of you are aware that Mike grew up in Joplin, Missouri...the town that was hit by a multi-vortex tornado last night. Please pray for everyone there.

Here's what I know about Mike's family. Matt is out of the country for a school trip. He actually left yesterday, earlier in the day. Bob, Marsha, and James are all alive and well. Their house is in pretty bad shape, although it is still standing. I was told that their garage is basically gone, all of the windows are busted out on their house and cars, and their are holes in the walls of their home. Today they had heavy rains, and the house flooded. They are staying in a "homeless shelter" that has been set up at the college.

Please keep Mike's family and everyone else effected by the tornado in Joplin (because a lot of people are much worse off) in your prayers.

Twinkies!

Camille loves that she and Hadleigh have practically matching pajamas. Here are our twins.

Three Months Old

Hadleigh turned three months old on Monday! Where is the time going?! Anyway, here are a couple pictures from Monday.

Gotta love those cheeks.

Hadleigh's Blessing Day

Last Sunday Mike blessed Hadleigh in church. She was one of five babies blessed that day in our ward. Here are some pictures. One of these days I'm going to learn how to turn them.

Easter

Here are some pictures from Easter at our house.

The egg hunt in the living room.

We got Hadleigh this cute little giraffe that plays Rock-a-by Baby. She was more interested in sucking on the top of her pajamas though.

Camille saw a chocolate bunny at the store a week before Easter. She would have been perfectly happy if that's all she had gotten. This is a cute Peter Rabbit, which was fun because she loves that book. We also got Camille some sidewalk chalk and that little fishing game where you catch the fish that open and close their mouths. She loves it.
Mike asked Camille if she knew what Easter was about. She said, "Jesus and a big stone." Mike asked her more questions about it, and we were amazed that she knew a lot of the details of Christ being buried in a tomb with a big stone, His body being gone, and ladies coming and seeing angels. Camille never ceases to amaze us. She learns things so quickly.
