Hill AFB Museum Trip

Since we are still waiting to find out when we'll be moving to Ohio, we've decided to get some good, fun trips in before we go. Today was our Hill AFB Museum/Philly Cheese steak trip.

I think Camille really liked the dog. She wanted to pet it. Sure looks real.

Sarah says she'd be scared flying in something like this!

My favorite part about this jeep was the chairs. They sure don't look very comfortable. The best part, however, was when we left a UPS truck had pulled up and I think the chairs in it looked the exact same.

Kind of a scary place to have to sit, right in the back of the plane.

I thought this was pretty funny. Apparently this plane never made it to WWII though.

The inside of a helicopter, a really big helicopter!

Here is the same helicopter from the front.

Camille liked the small plane the best. I think she liked the dog statue more though.

Ohio

Well, a lot of people have been asking lately if we know where we will be moving. And for about two weeks now, the answer has finally been YES! We are moving to Dayton, Ohio sometime this summer, not to New York. Mike was also offered a job in New York, but we decided to take the job in Ohio instead. I have never been to either place, and Mike has only been to them for the job interviews, so either way it was going to be an adventure. We don't know when we will be moving yet. Mike doesn't even have a start date, but we are looking forward to our move. It should be a lot of fun to live somewhere new.

Graduation

Mike graduated on May 7! He now has a master's degree! Hooray! Marsha (Mike's mom) came to town for graduation. Luckily she was able to attend because Camille and I were not. The night before graduation, we went to pick up Marsha from the airport. On the way there, Camille started throwing up in the car. The next morning I was throwing up. Luckily I have an amazing neighbor who gladly watched Camille that day while I laid around vomiting. Thanks Cheryl! You are the best!

Here's some pictures from Mike's graduation. (Notice that Camille and I weren't in any of them.)

I think the Huntsman Center (the building in the background) kind of looks like the Tabernacle on Temple Square.

3 Years!

Mike and I had our third anniversary last week! It's crazy how quickly the time has gone. A lot has happened in that time: graduations from BYU, had Camille, and now Mike is finishing a Master's degree. Did I mention we will be moving across the country and Mike will start a career? It's amazing how much stuff can happen in three years!

Anyway, to celebrate we went to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We got cheesecake to go, and it was delicious! (I got the raspberry chocolate truffle, and Mike got the red velvet cheesecake. Go try them. Yum!)

And Mike bought me these beautiful flowers! I love daisies. They are my favorite.
Thanks Mike for being such a great husband! I love you! And I'm so glad that I get to be with you forever!
